Meal Plan Experiment
Communal meals have not been a part of the Beta House since the late 80’s, when the residence was located at the old Treadway Hall at 5401 Brookside Blvd. This past month 2 caterers, Joe Joe’s Catering and Accursos’ Catering provided a nightly meal during the week for those brothers wishing to participate. About 25 members broke bread together each night and reported a positive experience. The members, in conjunction with the house corporation will be investigating ways to possibly begin offering nightly meals at the house beginning in Aug or Sep of 2012.
